Having your room number allows our driver to verify the pickup with hotel security and contact you through the front desk if you are not in the lobby. Please be ready in the Main Lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Do not wait at the hotel gate or outside, as drivers are often required to park in specific staging areas.
